By accessing or using TGModz ("tgmodz.com"), purchasing any product, or interacting with any TGModz service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. TGModz reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
TGModz is an independent authorized digital software reseller. We sell license keys for third-party software products. All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective developers. We are not the original developer of any software sold on this platform.
License keys are for personal, single-user use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in key invalidation with no refund.
All products sold by TGModz are digital goods delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is fully automated and occurs instantly upon payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. TGModz is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email entry.
You agree to use all software purchased through TGModz in accordance with the terms set by the original software developer. TGModz does not condone or encourage violations of any game's terms of service. Use of software is entirely at your own risk. TGModz accepts no liability for account bans, game penalties, or any consequences arising from software use.
All prices default to GBP (£) unless you select another supported currency. TGModz accepts card, cryptocurrency, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, Amazon Gift Card, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, and bank transfer payments. CashApp is not supported. Payment must be completed in full before any license key is delivered. TGModz reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only available under specific conditions. By purchasing, you acknowledge having read and understood our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGModz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our platform or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Your use of TGModz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using TGModz you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through the process set out in Section 10 below before any formal legal action is taken.
11.1 — Mandatory Pre-Legal Contact
Before initiating any legal proceedings, formal complaint, chargeback, or regulatory action against TGModz, you agree to first contact us directly and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Legal or formal action taken without first completing this process may be raised as a procedural objection and may affect the remedies available to you.
11.2 — How to Contact Us
All dispute notices must be submitted in writing to support@tgmodz.com with the subject line "Formal Dispute Notice". Your notice must include: your full name, registered email address, order ID (if applicable), a clear description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking.
11.3 — Response & Resolution Window
You must open any order dispute within 48 hours of purchase. We will acknowledge your dispute notice within that 48-hour window and make a genuine, good-faith effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If we fail to respond within 48 hours, you are free to pursue any other remedy available to you under applicable law.
11.4 — Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback filed without prior notice, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account, revoke any active licenses, and dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and without the need for formal action.
11.5 — Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights
This clause does not limit, exclude, or waive any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights that cannot be contracted out of. If you are located in the EU or UK, your rights under GDPR and applicable consumer law remain fully intact regardless of this section.
Participation in the TGModz Affiliate Program ("Program") is subject to the following terms, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms of Service. By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to these conditions in full.
11.1 — Eligibility & Enrollment
The Program is available to registered TGModz account holders. Enrollment requires a manual application and is subject to review and approval by TGModz at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. TGModz reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke Program access to any participant at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
11.2 — Commission Structure
Commission rates are set by TGModz and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current rates are tiered based on total verified referral sales. Published rates are not guaranteed and do not constitute a binding offer. TGModz may alter, reduce, or eliminate commission rates at any time.
11.3 — TGModz Right to Withhold or Cancel Earnings
TGModz reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
11.4 — Account Termination & Forfeiture
TGModz may terminate an affiliate account at any time without notice. Upon termination — whether initiated by TGModz or by the participant — any unpaid commission balance may be forfeited at TGModz's discretion. TGModz has no obligation to pay out any balance upon account closure. Participants who attempt to circumvent this provision, including by requesting chargebacks on prior purchases to recover forfeited earnings, will be permanently banned.
11.5 — No Guarantee of Payment
Participation in the Program does not guarantee payment of any kind. Commission earnings are conditional on continued compliance with these Terms and at all times subject to TGModz's right to withhold payment as described above. TGModz is not liable for any loss of anticipated earnings.
11.6 — Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:

TGModz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
