Currency, checkout, and accepted methods
The default store currency is GBP (£). You can switch between GBP, USD, EUR, PLN, CAD, and AUD from the footer or checkout.

Crypto orders are fulfilled after the payment gateway confirms the transaction. Most confirmations are quick, but network congestion can delay delivery.
Keys, emails, and order tracking
Digital license keys are delivered automatically to the checkout email after payment confirmation. Most orders arrive within seconds.
Check spam and junk folders first. If the email is still missing after 10 minutes, use Order Tracking or open a Discord ticket with your order number.
Yes. Staff can resend the order confirmation to the customer email on the order. Open a Discord ticket if you need it resent.
Compatibility, plans, and restocks
Products are for Windows PC unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Always read the product page for supported Windows versions, setup notes, and license restrictions.
It depends on the product and tier. Product cards and product pages show the available variations, such as 7D, 30D, or Lifetime.
If a product is out of stock, enter your email on the product card. When stock is available again, TGModz sends a restock notification automatically.
Orders, security, and affiliates
Guest checkout is available, but an account makes it easier to view orders, licenses, invoices, security settings, and support history.
Yes. Go to Account, then Security, and set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
Affiliate enrollment is manual and requires an application. Apply from the Affiliate page. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Order and payment disputes must be raised with TGModz within 48 hours of purchase. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
Detection events are a known risk with game modifications. Refunds are not available for detection events that happen after purchase when the product was working at the time of sale.
