Overview

TGModz is an independent authorized digital software reseller. We take customer satisfaction seriously and aim to resolve every issue fairly and efficiently. Because we sell digital license keys that are delivered instantly and activated upon use, our refund eligibility criteria reflect the nature of digital goods.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through tgmodz.com, including orders placed via our checkout, Discord-assisted payments, or any other official TGModz purchase channel. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis against the criteria below. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval — our team will investigate every case thoroughly before issuing a decision.

✓ Eligible for Refund
  • Key was never delivered to your email after payment confirmed
  • Key is technically invalid and cannot be activated on the developer's platform
  • The product was listed incorrectly and does not match what you received
  • Duplicate charge occurred for the same order
  • Order was placed but product was out of stock and no alternative was provided
  • Technical issue on our platform prevented delivery
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
  • Key has already been activated or redeemed
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • Your device does not meet the product's listed system requirements
  • The product was detected or banned due to misuse or user error
  • More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase date
  • The key was shared with or used by another person
  • You violated the software developer's terms of service
  • The issue is caused by a game update — not TGModz or the developer

Time Limit

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. We operate a strict 24-hour window given the digital nature of our products. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered regardless of the reason.

The purchase date is defined as the timestamp recorded in our payment system at the moment your payment was confirmed — not the date you first attempt to use the product.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact our support team via one of the following channels. Please include all of the information listed below — incomplete requests will delay resolution.

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order ID or payment reference number
  • The product name and license tier purchased
  • The date and time of your purchase
  • A clear description of the issue you experienced
  • Supporting evidence — screenshots, error messages, or video where applicable

Submit via Discord or Email
Open a support ticket in our Discord server or email support@tgmodz.com with all required information.

Investigation
Our team reviews your claim, verifies your order details, and investigates the issue. This typically takes 12–48 hours.

Decision
We will notify you of our decision. Where eligible, we offer either a full refund, replacement key, or account credit — at our discretion.

Resolution
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds & Store Credit

In cases where a full refund is not applicable but a genuine issue exists, TGModz may at its discretion offer a partial refund or store credit towards a future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

For multi-product orders, refunds are assessed per-item. If only one product in a bundle is affected, only that item may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Delivered Keys

If you have not received your key within 10 minutes of payment confirmation, please take the following steps before submitting a refund request:

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotional email folders thoroughly
  • Search your inbox for emails from tgmodz.com or noreply@tgmodz.com
  • Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct
  • Contact us via Discord — our team can resend your key immediately in most cases

The vast majority of non-delivery cases are resolved with an immediate key resend at no cost. A refund in these cases is only necessary if we are genuinely unable to fulfill your order.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through TGModz support may result in account suspension and permanent restriction from our platform.

If a chargeback is filed, we will respond to the dispute with all relevant order documentation including delivery records and IP logs. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered and activated keys will be contested in full.

We work hard to resolve every issue — please give us the opportunity to make it right before escalating to your payment provider.

Payment Method Specific Notes

Cryptocurrency: Crypto payments are irreversible by nature. Refunds for crypto orders are issued as store credit or replacement keys only — not as crypto reimbursement, unless an error on our end is confirmed.

Paysafecard & Amazon Gift Cards: These payment methods are non-refundable by the issuer. Refunds for orders paid via these methods will be issued as store credit only.

Bank Transfer: Refunds to bank transfers may take up to 10 business days to process due to interbank processing times.

Discord-assisted payments (PayPal, Skrill, gift cards, bank transfer): These orders are processed manually and may require slightly longer investigation periods. Same eligibility criteria apply.

TGModz reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
