I have not received my key after paying. What do I do?+

Check spam and search your inbox for TGModz first. If it is still missing after 10 minutes, open a Discord ticket with your order ID and checkout email so staff can resend it.

Am I eligible for a refund?+

Refunds are reviewed under the published Refund Policy. The fastest path is opening a Discord ticket first, because many delivery or activation issues can be fixed directly.

My key is not activating. What should I try?+

Follow the setup guide from your delivery email exactly, run required tools as Administrator, and check whether antivirus blocked the installer. If it still fails, send a screenshot in Discord.

What payment methods are supported?+

TGModz supports cards, PayPal, Skrill, crypto, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, Paysafecard, Amazon Gift Card, and Bank Transfer. CashApp is not supported.
